Terms & conditions

These are general conditions for any of the commissions I've set up!
The terms you're accepting when commissioning me:

• Acknowledging the time I could possibly spend whilst working on your commission. If I go over time, it'll be my responsibility to notify you ahead of time about the situation! If there is a deadline, please notify me ahead of time so my schedule is managed properly.
• I have the right to decline a commission request if I am uncomfortable or unable to accept it.
• Up-front payment is preferable. The invoice will be sent through PAYPAL with the commission files sent through a Google Drive folder or to a preferred email. For larger payments (USD$1000+) invoices will be done through a SEPARATE method (which will be discussed).
• There will be no refunds once the finished commission has been sent unless it has been discussed thoroughly with me.
• Please do not use the commission for any commercial use if it has not been consulted by me.
• The commission can be used anywhere you like, it is yours to keep (as your header, profile picture, personally printed, etc). Please note this is all within personal use!
• I do not approve of any disclosed repost of my commission. Please notify me beforehand while informing me on what platform you plan to post the commission. Appropriate crediting and sourcing back to my social media is required.
• I will be posting WIPs or streaming my progress so if you would like me to keep the artwork private for whatever means (you do not need to state a reason) then please notify me beforehand!
• I feel I shouldn't need to say this but please do not claim the artwork as your 'own', as in please don't say you or anyone else had created it. I do not approve of discrediting my works and the hours I've put into it.

NOT FOLLOWING THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN BEING ADDED TO A BLACKLIST WHERE FUTURE COMMISSIONS WILL BE DECLINED.

CHIBI STYLE
$20—$40+ (USD)

LINED PORTRAITS
$50—$250+ (USD)

PAINTED ILLUSTRATION
$300—$600+ (USD)

Commission options— Painted

Painted illustrations are a fully rendered style on both the character and the background (either is optional).
This will take months to complete depending on the details of the request.

PRICES

The pricing is dependant on the details of the character which can range through the accessories, clothing, posing, and (optionally) background.Estimated base pricings below (USD):

  • Bust/Thigh up: $200+

  • Full body: $300+

  • Landscape (background only): ~$150+

DETAILS

The painting style is a lot heavier in detailing with the texture and shading, which incorporates techniques I've learned from traditional painting.• By default, the background will be white or a solid colour but requesting a transparent background is also okay!• Additional background details or full-renders will be an extra cost depending on the complexity which will require further in-depth discussion.• Additional characters is dependent on the character details with the base price starting at USD$100+.

Commission options— Lined

Lined portraits are simply portraits of character/s in a lined rendered style.
Pricing is dependent on the canvas size and details of the character/s.

PRICES

The details of the character can range through the accessories, clothing, posing, and (optionally) background for the price to possibly increase.Estimated base pricings below (USD):

  • Headshots: $50+

  • Waist/Thigh up: $75+

  • Full body: $150+

DETAILS

The lined style focuses more on maintaining the linework and is neater in comparison to the painted style.• By default, the background will be white or a matching solid colour but requesting a transparent background is also okay!• Additional background details (eg. foliage in the foreground, sunset sky in the background, etc) will be an extra cost depending on the complexity (max of USD$30).• For a full-rendered artwork with a complete background, the additional cost is USD$30+.• Additional characters is dependent on the character details with the base price starting at USD$50+. Extra characters only applies to
waist/thigh up and full body.

CHIBI BUNDLES!

  • Vanilla package (3 emotes): $56

  • Banana package (1 waist/full body + 2 emotes): $69

  • Chocolate package (3 waist/full bodies): $72

DETAILS

The chibi style is drawn on a small scale with flat colouring and minimal shading. The white border is optional and will not be included (unless requested).Optionally extra objects can be included for free although depending on the size and details, an extra cost may occur (max of USD$10). This only applies to waist up/fully body chibi.
